Whether you're returning to fitness after having a baby or just getting started after focusing on other areas of life, we're passionate about helping you build your body confidence with women strength & fitness programs.

One of our core values in Reignite Women's Fitness is creating community. Women dedicate their lives to their family, jobs, businesses and often struggle finding time for their health and fitness, friendships, playdates etc. As a member of Reignite Women's Fitness you get to combine exercise, friendships and baby play dates all in one!! It's a place where you can work on being the best version of yourself, discuss real life challenges, and get some reassurance that you really are an amazing human! The physical and mental health benefits are like no other. 

Fitness for Mums

Pre & Postnatal Specialist and Mother of two. Jo, has a huge passion for supporting mums getting back to exercise.

Foundations for exercise need to be built up over time. Just like any rehab after surgery, or major strain. Mum's postnatal recovery is important to rebuild strength and fitness so you can remain injury free, and keep up with the physical demand of carrying a baby, chasing a toddler as they grow.

At the end of the program you will walk away feeling more confident in your body. You will have a tool kit of ways to move your body and adapt exercises to suit your body or energy levels.

Our group fitness sessions are child friendly.

Bringing your child to your exercise session has been shown to increase motivation and commitment. You'll provide a healthy view of exercise and as they grow you'll have your own workout buddy to challenge you and cheer you on.

I had a great time today with the group exercise. I'm not a very fit person, but Jolene had low impact exercise that suited my fitness level perfectly. My son also came along with me and had a blast running around us. The whole group helped keep track of the kids which was very helpful.

 

I highly recommend this group for anyone looking to get fit, meet new people, and have a fun time out of the house with the kids

We're passionate about creating an environment that's not only safe and inclusive but also incredibly fun for everyone involved.

Your body goes through so many changes in pregnancy and birth. The postpartum journey is one of learning, reconnecting and building the foundations, to ensure you set your body up for long term health and wellbeing.
 
As a MumSafe Trainer I am aligned with two Women’s Health Physiotherapists who provide assessments on pelvic floor function, abdominal separation and women’s health pre and postnatally. Together we are able to form a framework that has your specific needs in mind, allowing you to progress towards your goals safely and effectively at all stages of motherhood. 

Women deserve to feel strong and confident!
