Becoming a mum
Becoming a mum is an amazing role! It comes with exciting beginnings and memories yet the load places on mums grows! But with all the responsibilities of taking care of a baby, family, jobs, finding new mum friends etc etc, it's NOT hard to get lost in all the doing.

Are you ready to get back to exercise?
Foundations for exercise need to be built up over time. Just like any rehab after surgery, or major strain, postnatal recovery is necessary to rebuild strength and fitness.
Being strong means you're less likely to suffer from injuries, improving your fitness allows you to keep up with your baby as they grow and learn to run!
Joining a structured program postnatal means you will graduate with a wealth of knowledge on ways to move your body, a boost to your self confidence and a bounce in your step after each sessions accomplishment.
How can you exercise with a baby?
Bringing your child to our child friendly exercise sessions!
Studies found that having your baby with you while exercising increases motivation and commitment. Plus you'll provide them with a healthy perspective of exercise and as they grow you'll have your own workout buddy to challenge you and cheer you on!!
If you're baby is clingy or likes being in the action we have exercises for you to continue your workout while keeping your bub happy.
Step & Stroll is our social walk, coffee and playdate event. Perfect for mums with bubs in prams or toddlers on balance bikes. Child free or pregnant women welcome too!
