Supporting Mums to Reignite their Spark with
Exercise, Core Connections & Community

More than just a fitness group
Reignite Women's Fitness is more than just a workout. It's a welcoming community where mums come together to build strength, confidence, and lasting friendships.
Here, you’ll find a safe and supportive space to focus on your health and fitness while your little ones play nearby. Whether you're easing back into exercise, looking for mum-friendly workouts, or simply craving connection, you'll feel encouraged every step of the way.
Our sessions go beyond fitness—we share real mum-life challenges, celebrate wins, and remind each other that we’re never alone on this journey.
Creating Community
Women deserve to feel strong and confident!
Safe Return to Exercise™
Once Postnatal, Always Postnatal
Our group fitness sessions are about so much more than just exercise. They’re a chance to connect, share, and build lasting friendships with women who understand your journey.
Whether you're a new mum, balancing a career, or simply looking for a supportive space to focus on yourself, you’ll find your tribe here at Reignite Women’s Fitness.
We’re passionate about fostering a safe, inclusive, and uplifting environment where every woman feels welcome.
Strong physically but also growing in confidence, finding joy in movement, and being surrounded by a community that lifts you up.
Pregnancy and birth bring incredible changes to your body, and your postpartum journey is about more than just "bouncing back.
It’s about reconnecting, rebuilding, and laying strong foundations for long-term health and well-being.
As a MumSafe™ Trainer, I work closely with Women’s Health Physiotherapists who specialise in pelvic floor function, abdominal separation, and overall women’s health, both pre and postnatally.
Together, we create a personalised framework designed to support your unique needs, so you can move with confidence, build strength safely, and feel your best at every stage of motherhood.
Once Postnatal, always Postnatal
No matter how long ago had your baby your body is always postnatal.
It can repair on it's own (to an extent) but actively rebuilding your muscles and strength is an important step in setting yourself up for long term health and vitality.
Plus learning what is "normal" postnatal and what is "common" means you can increase your knowledge for future experiences or you can get the help you need.
Leaking during exercise, or when coughing and sneezing are common symptoms after having a baby, but a Women's Health Physiotherapist can help you regain your optimum function. Don't just brush it off!
